Plasma Cutting; 4’x8’ CNC plasma table with an 85 amp power source capable of cutting up to 1” thick material. We can supply you with metal parts to your specifications with the use of your digital files or a drawing with handwritten dimensions.

Bend Forming; CNC hydraulic press brake capable of forming 5’ bends with 33 tons of force.

Welding; MIG and TIG welding machines with the ability to weld stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum. All conforming to the standards set forth by the American Welding Society.

Other Capabilities; Among the processes that require specialized equipment and skill that are mentioned above are processes that are inherent in metal fabrication that are also done in house which include drilling, saw cutting, passivation, spray coating, machining, assembly and more.

If your product requires a process that we do not do in house we have a network of companies that we regularly source and can be easily integrated into the fabrication process of your product. These processes include computer aided design and engineering, CNC machining, laser cutting, powder coating, plating and more.
